Firefox is an excellent browser -
easily configured.

I rarely use IE anymore - I also use the Thunderbird mail programme that is on the same site.
Try it and see......

Yep - it opened ok for me on IE. It's a dark blue background and opens up with the Register Here page.

Yes, same as IAP, opens instantly on IE6.
