Has anyone had problems installing this programme and if so how did you solve it?

Assuming you got past the stage of putting in the software key and your problems occurred after the first reboot. First of all Is it Version 8.05 and a genuine Roxio Product not a copy?

I go passed the key stage and the computer freezes after about 10 mins into the installation. unsure whether it is the 8.05 version. I bought it off Ebay and I get the impression after contacting them that the seller copies under licence.
