Laptop Screen moved

Can anybody help me .My laptop screen has moved 90% anticlockwise so instead of the screen going right to left ,it is now bottom to top.This means the start button normally in the left hand corner it is now in the right hand corner.Also the toolbars setting instead of being at the top of the screen is now on the left hand side going from the bottom to the top.Any help would be most grateful

Just click on the bar, (hold the button down), and drag it back

All it does is drags in round the screen but will not turn it 90%

Is it the toolbars only, or text etc on screen that's turned 90�?

the whole picture has turned 90%.so looking at it normally it would be horizantal now it is vertical
