Some time ago I heard you are able to condense music onto cd/r, say 3 or 4 music cds on one cd/r how?

You can put the music on as data instead of audio files. Some writing software has this function built in.
I have every Beatles track ever on one cd that's about 20 albums, I haven't counted... Anyway that is done as one big wav for each album recorded at low bitrate 8 I think instead of 128 but it sounds fine. so it can be done also have all 'Stones' trax ever on one cd.. Also the cd has a playlist menu thing but you could get by without that.
I've got that beatles one as well - its brilliant BUT I would also like to know if its possible to 'condense' cds longer than the 70 odd minutes one is able to record on a cdr
Regarding xyzzyplugh's answer; there's no "degrees" of recording when done in .wav. You can only designate a bitrate (and therefore a size and quality) when recording in .mp3
Then Studapples, I retract my answer. to your better judgement as I am no sound engineer and probably got my wires crossed. you don't want to do that.
