when i try to get on to the library on line page .a page comes on saying this page cannot be displayed.i tried the refresh button and rebooted it but nothing happens. i dont want to start fiddling about in case i make things worse.can anybody help please.

Either you dont have the correct plugin to display the information, or more likely, the page is unavailable because it has been moved or deleted fromt he host server. Try loading the information from the website rather than a bookmark or if this doesn't work contact the system administrator for the website.
