Hi, I have a wireless pc, and use a netgear router to connect. Never had any problems until the last couple of days. Normally if I hold the mouse over the netgear icon in the bottom menu bar it says my signal strength is excellent and shows 54mbps. However today it is running very slowly and shows a strength of low and only 1mbps.

My ISP says they are not experiencing any problems and say its my wireless?

Iam fine when everything is working ok but a bit stuck as to what to do. Is it my line, ISP or router? Any help suggestions appreciated.....thanks in advance..

signal strenth generally means how close to the router you are, and any obstacles blocking the path. if its a laptop, try having it next to the router and seeing if it improves that way.
