I have a Unicode browser display problem. I am using Internet Explorer 6.0 with Lucida Sans Unicode.

The problem is I can't display http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipa - Wikipedia's IPA article - correctly.

For comparison, I can view both these pages correctly: http://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/wells/ipa-unicode.htm and http://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/wells/ipa-unicode-test.htm.

Apart from switching to a different browser, I don't know what else to change.

Try changing the text encoding:

view->encoding->"western european"
