problem with video stream

Tvants failed to open the channel with the internal player.
Would you please try the system default media player?

that is the error message I am getting when I am trying to watch on Tvants.com.I can see most of the channels only when I try to watch Skytv,i get this message.

can someone help,please.I am not really computer trained person
