I get bluetooth grief as well. I have a Jabra BT200 bluetooth device and a Sony T630 phone. The phone locks onto the Jabra OK and it works fine when I initiate an ongoing call with it. When I pick up an incoming call, the caller can hear me but I cannot hear them. What causes that and how do I stop it happening?

I have that phone and a different Jabra set, and have no problems. Maybe when you are answering you are knocking the volume down?

I don't think it is as simple as that. I can terminate the incoming call, call them back and I can hear them perfectly. Thanks for responding anyway.
