can anyone tell me , how to regisrer my granddaughters phone , pay as you go , have looked in the booklet and on the t mobile site, we took the top up card to the shop , but they told us to reg it first , thanks

T-Mobile should give you a number to ring, or the number will be on your top-up card, or in the booklet that the card came in. Is this card similar to a credit card? If so this should work, just ring the number you see and follow the instructions your operator gives you.
If this doesn't work with the card you have, head to a supermarket and pick up a top-up card which is inside a leaflet, i'm pretty sure the instructions are in there.
