Has anybody tried using an AV Sender?? Incase i dont have the terminology correct, its basically the same as a cable that links two video sources over a long distance, eg. linking one DVD player downstairs to a TV upstairs. Except its done over Radio rather than a physical cable.

I'm looking to use one and i'm wondering if there's any issues that i havent yet thought of. Thanks for any advice.

I got a cheapo one from Tesco (about 40) to beam Sky to the bedroom, and it works fine. You do get some interference and the sound quality is pretty rubbish, but it does the job. It even sends the remote control signal back to the Sky box so you can still change channels from the other room.
Similar to Hammer, we got one from Maplin for the same reason (about 39 when on offer). Works fine, and the remote. They even do extra receivers on offer.

Thanks guys, guess its safer than i thought then. luckily its only to give us something to watch in another room, not to run a home cinema!
