When I open up AB (or any other site) at the moment the page is very small, almost a quarter of the screen, as far as I know I haven't messed with it. How can I get it back to full size without having to maximise all the time. Thank you.

Bring your pointer to the corner of the small window until the pointer changes - probably to a double arrow - and holding your finger on the left mouse button, drag the corner to the size you want. You'll now find that every time you open a window it will be as big as when you closed it (until you make the window smaller again).
