Sometimes, well in fact most times when I open a web page it only opens up really small and I have to keep maximising it. I have been advised to reset my Web Settings but this doesn't work. Has anybody got any ideas what I can do. It's not the end of the world but it is annoying. Thanks

Yes, this is one of the biggest pains with IE. I have found that if you don't maximise the window using the maximise button but rather drag the window boundries so it fills the screen, keep doing this a few times and it seems to "remember".

I'm sure there must be a registry setting for this so maybe google it using the word "registry" in your search.

Before opening Internet Explorer, right click on the short cut you normally use to open it. Select 'properties', click on the 'shortcut' tab at the top, then finally, click on the 'run' drop down menu and click 'maximized'. Click 'Apply', and your away. With any luck.
Try this- it works. When the web-page is open, move your cursor to an edge, until the cursor changes into the double-arrow. Then drag the edges of the web-page outwards till the page is the shape and size you want. Then, and this is the important bit, go up to IE 'File' click on it, the cursor down the drop-down menu to 'Close' and click that. The next web-page you open will be the new shape. No need to mess around changing settings, or anything else. All the best.
