PC prob.

Hi. I was on AB late last night, when suddenly every time I clicked on a question it took forever to load. Eventually I gave up and clicked to shut down the computer. However, just before it shut down, a tab appeared on the menu bar which said "Shellcon hidden window."

Does anyone know what this is or how to stop it? I've got good up to date virus protection. Thanks.

I,m only an OAP one finger pusher but I think youve got another window running try CTRL+ALT+DEL and see what it is.

is one result. Most point the finger at MusicMatch Jukebox (or AOL). However, read down and see about disabling quickplay. (I wouldn't want to be without my MMJB even though lots of people prefer Media Player or iTunes).
