email problems.

can anyone help. I have been sending emails to someone in a remore part of Tenerife for the last 4 yrs with no problems. Now they are taking 3 days to get there. If they send to me there is no problem and if i send to anyone else there is no problem. I have tried clicking the reply button to thier emails but it makes no differance. Last week they had 3 emails arrive on the same day but they were sent different days .Tuesday they recieved Sundays mail. what could be causing this to happen

Most likely cause is a problem with their ISP - suggest they talk to the support desk.
