Dell Service Tags?

I have a problem where the Macafee antivirus sotware can't automatically update my laptop because it says that it's missing a service tag! I know the number but how do I input it?

I have also consulted their website and still awaiting an answer and I spoke to someone who said to re-install all 4 programs but that hasn't solved it either so any ideas will be appreciated!!
