When I try and log into my betting or banking accounts it comes up this page is not available. I've Norton 2005, and on BT Pay as u go. Two tv screens at bottom left of screen have a red cross over them saying a local network is unplugged has this anything to do with the problem?

If you got through here, I can't see why you didn't get through elsewhere unless you were really unlucky and they both had problems at their end.
