could some one tell me, if deleting a p.c. game is the same as uninstalling it

no its not. you need to go into the control panel, then to add/uninstall programmes and do it from there

When you install a game, sometimes files are written to other directories eg. 'windows/system'. Delete will not find these files, so better to uninstall because it is cleaner.
