Is it free when you ring from an Orange network pay as you go to another Orange pay as you go ? and free if it from pay as you go to a contract ?

well i'm sure it would be low cost though - orange to orange

totally depends on your tariff. I know on my Orange tariff it costs the same to ring any network including another orange phone.
