printing internet pages

have adobe reader and hp printer


got some info from a website and tried to print a relevant page. there's hardly any print on the paper.


the printer works ok when i'm not doing internet jobs.


what's wrong?

A lot will depend on how the printer is set up, ie. if it is set to print direct to printer instead of spooling the data first it is likely that a lot of detail will be lost. If you are trying to print direct from the internet, once again you are likely to lose detail. As you mention adobe reader, one assumes you are trying to print part of a .pdf document. In all cases, it is best to download the entire .pdf document (to somewhere convenient like your desktop) and then run adobe reader and print the required pages.
