I have bought a Belkin Wireless G router (2.4Ghz - 802.11g) for my PC and a Belkin Wireless card for my sons laptop.. It works fine most of the time but occasionally it disconnects both computers and struggles to find a connection.. I've tried resetting it when it does disconnect and the only way I can reconnect again is to pull the power supply and wait 10 secs before putting it back then it works fine until next time... My broadband supplier is NTL.. If anyone out there can help I would be most thankfull

Same set up and same ISP as you.

I do as you do when the link goes down. Unplug from mains wait 30 seconds and then turn back on.

It doesn't do it all that often though (South Manchester area) - maybe once a month at most and usually when they have been doing some work on the service.

same thing happens to me... try move the router as close to both computers as possible...the range of the router might not be that great and if there are obsticles in the way like dorrs or walls it can make the signal strength much worse
Try changing the router to running from "g" setting to "b" (it's in the router settings pages somewhere). I had similar problems with my Belkin router, and this sorted it.
