Hi,

I am trying to order BT Broadband after cancelling Virgin Broadband after very bad service. BT is asking me for a MAC which is used to authorize moving your broadband service from your current provider to BT. It says 'You will need to get your MAC from your current broadband provider.' and that it should be on the virgin.net page. I cant find it anywhere, any ideas where I can get it?

Thanks

I think you'll need to phone them to get it - it should be something unique to you rather than something on a help page on a website.

Maybe check your virgin.net area where you need to log in but it's not a generic bit of info you're after.
Then again - 2 websites that I've checked direct you towards the virgin website instead of a phone number so log in and have a nosey about
