C++ is about the most complex overall, if you discount any unheard-of research languages. Simply because it has so many oddities and mixed syntax.

Some find the Lisp dialects very complex, mainly due to the huge amount of parenthesis used; you do get used to it though, and the actual language itself is very simple.
