bubs02 -- the url may have 'broken' across two lines in the email notifying you of an answer. Check that the url *starts* with 'http...' and finishes with '...id=1234' (a series of 4 numbers). If it's broken across two lines, you will need to 'repair' it in order to get to the correct page. Hope this makes sense!!
...or it could be the annoying "space in a URL makes it break in two" problem - you'll know straight away as the first section will change the mouse pointer to the hand symbol, (indicating a web link) whereas the second section won't. An alternative remedy - copy the whole url and paste it into a web browser
