When printing a particular document from Word 2002, the page breaks are being printed. We managed to print one good copy from it but subsequent copies have started showing the page breaks on the page (despite not changing any options to my knowledge).

Any ideas?

How on earth do you print a page break? Surely it's a abstract thing, not a physical? Can you print backspaces as well, by any chance?

Do you mean its printing a dotted line with 'Page Break' in the middle of it?

Question Author

Sorry, yes, the word page break and the dotted lines appear whenever a manual page break has been inserted.

Wow! Sorry, but I've no idea! I'll be interested to find out, as well.

Have you had a look in :

TOOLS - OPTIONS - PRINT

What has been ticked? I've only got ticks in the : allow A4, drawing objects and background colours and images boxes.
