Does this happen with all pages, or just one? Go to www.google.co.uk, click on Print, does it work? If it does, tell us the address of the page which causes the error.

If you have a problem with all web pages, can you print from other programs? Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad, type a few x's, File -> Print, does it work?

Try this...
In Internet Explorer select Tools, Internet Options, and click on the Advanced Tab.

Scroll down till you see "Disable Script Debugging" if this is unticked tick the boxes.

Exit IE and go back in and try printing again.
Might be the fix for you... fingers crossed!

I tried to print a scribble on the notepad and that worked fine, the problem lies with all the web sites that I visit and brings up the same problem.

I also tried the Advanced setting for Internet xExplorer and the relevant boxes were ticked.

Hi clarky254, did you ever resolve the problem with printing on the internet? I have suddenly got the same problem and can't find a solution. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi heather,

I had to go into the BIOS to update my driver for the printer and activate the relevant port.

To do this i pressed either F3 or F4 to get into the setup for it, whenever windows was loading up at the start.

Hope it works and let me know how you get on?
