I've used it the last 3 years. Apart from the fact they still charge me 24.99 for a 512k connection (my fault really) they're pretty good. Support is fairly good by email. Not used telephone support. The best bit is there's no contract, so you can pull out anytime, though it might incur expenses for hardware provided.
