WinAVI any good ?

I use WinAVI to convert to DVD.I have tried absolutely loads of different conversion software and have found WinAVI to be the easiest and quickest.Once I have converted the file to DVD, I then use Nero to burn to disc.Some people might wonder why I use 2 programs when Nero does it all, and this is because WinAVI will convert a full movie to DVD format in about 20 minutes, and then it takes abot 5 minutes in Nero to burn to disc, whereas, if I let Nero do it all, it will take about one and a half hours.
