Why is this 60gb ipod from china so cheap?

Do NOT buy this.

Look at the buyers feedback - all the same, from 0 feedback ebayers. All for cheap items.

The seller has been a member for less than three months yet is able to put together a good listing.

The seller has not put a payment method so does not accept paypal, which would offer you a degree of protection.
My guess is this is a Western Union or similar payment method.
As an experiment I have just tried to buy it - I got a security warning that I was entering a fake site.

what they will often do is sell the item dirt cheap but charge a load for p&p, well over what it actually costs.

you receive the item and its wrong or broken and they hope you will not want to fork out for the return postage and therefore just keep the item

they get rid of their crappy items and coin it in in excess p&p.

I reported this seller for false contact details and requirement to be paid by Western Union.

He has been banned.

No doubt he will be creating a new id though.
