Tempory internet access

My daughter stopped with her Grandparents for a fortnight and seems to have signed up with someone for internet access (she lives online) They have just had a phonebill (BT) for �250 odd and it's normally about �60. The bill shows dail up charges everyday of up to �15 and the number is 0844 056 4000 can anyone tell me who the provider could be. Cheers
