Internet explorer 6.0 gets annoyed by AB

Anyone else noticed that when you post an answer sometimes it causes IE6.0 to crash? (or is it just mine?)

Can't say I've noticed that. I use IE5 (from work) and IE6 (from home) and had no problems. Well except for various physical memory dumps with XP pro. Me thinks there might be a Gremlin at work in your system!!

Oh yes...I have this problem all the time......I always use IE6 as the problem is even worse when i use the AOL browser...It will crash nearly first or second time with it....I can't find anyway round it either so if you come up with anything please let me know!

IE 5.5 sp2 and no problems.

Actually it does crash on me, but only ocassionally, and always when I use the 'Category search'.

My IE 6 doesn't crash; well, occasionally but it doesn't crash on AB hardly ever.

It only happens when i post a response. I think possibly it's to do with the two separate browsers trying to communicate with each other (notice that the main browser window refreshes when you click "submit" on the 2nd browser). Thanks for your responses chaps and chapesses

Thanks for raising this. We are aware of the AOL problems (my understanding being it's something that AOL are trying to fix) but this is new to us. It will be investigated by the techies.
