where can i get a prog so that i can clip audio files to make them ringtones. oh has to be free and simpleton to use. through bit torrent or limewire or any other that i can just download. ta much

Sonic Foundry's 'sound forge' is an excellent audio editor. This will however leave you with a wav file, that you will probably need to convert to mp3 with a program like 'switch'
