does anyone here know how to acess the .pwl file in windows nt? also, does anyone know how to write a program in dos to automatically open the folder by running the program? i need to get back at someone who has been making my school life hell.

For NT/2000/XP find "ERD Commander" from kazaa (or buy it on-line) to create a bootable CD which will allow you to reset the local administrator's password. As a local administrator you should have the power to reset local user accounts/add remove PC from domain etc etc
