Why can't you use Firefox as your browser ? I am on TW and use Firefox OK.

Perhaps you need to change your settings in Firefox ?
Tools_> Options and under the General tab there is a Connection Settings button.

What error or message are you seeing ?
As BillyNoMates says, it works regardless of whatever ISP you have.

Cheers Billy, Ive removed Mozilla and re-installed it but each time i do I get "connection error, page not available at this time, please try again later". Should I re-install it?
goto tools->options in firefox, and click the general tab. click the "connection settings" button. is it ticked on the first option, "direct connection to the internet" ?
Question Author
Yes, it is ticked, but still getting this message

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at en-us.start.mozilla.com.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

????? heeelllppp i need my tabbed browsing back....
Try just restarting your comptuer and see if that helps.

And then if it doesn't, as it says, check whatever firewall you have to see if firefox is being blocked for some reason.
