Problem with Internet Explorer and Outlook Express

In Internet Explorer - menu Tools, Internet Options, Programs, E-mail - does not show Outlook Express in the list of what I can choose even though I have it on my computer and it works! Menu File, Send, Page or Link by E-mail just does nothing. Have re-installing IE by running ie.inf file but still no difference. Anybody got any ideas please?!

why are you using IE? its slow and has more security holes than swiss cheese. my advice is get a keyboard with some shortcut things and dowloaad firefox

Thanks - but I wanted an answer NOT an alternative. Happen to LIKE Internet Explorer and already have a keyboard with shortcuts! Besides, I'm not asking for an answer because I'm too stupid to know how else to get to Outlook Express, I just don't like unsolved "glitches" anymore than I like "smart alecs".
