Basically there is no such thing as internet police, but basically if a crime has been committed via the net and the person who perpetrated the crime resides in England then the crime is reported to the british constabulary...if it is perpetrated by a resident in another country then your chances are slim of getting aconviction, such is the price of freedom or the illusion of freedom ;)
