Everytime i press the shift key, my pc makes a beep sound - how do i stop this ?

Simple things first - try pressing the shift key 5 times quickly.

See what the message says.

i have turned the sticky keys off by pressing the the shift 5 times, so the sound is gone :-) thanks

still having problem with the shift key that i thought was sorted - any ideas ?

Try holding it down for a count of five.

i have done, but evertime i start up the pc, it still makes a sound :(
