Outlook Express

When I try to close Outlook Express it always asks can it compact the messages in my folders - I dont want it to do it bit it always asks - How do i get rid of it?

Have a look in Tools>options>maintenance and see which tabs are ticked - theres one that allows this to be carried out "in the background" which may be unticked and is why yours asks each time.
