I have recently had a problem with Broadband, every time someone rang the telephone the Broadband shut down, AOL were absolutely useless, couldn't give me any help and blamed BT - all I needed were a couple more filters (the white boxes that plug into the phone socket). Touch wood everything is fine now. Why dont they get staff who can actually help? Online technical is useless, if you phone them it costs an arm and a leg and if they phone you back they just say, if the problem persists, contact them again in a couple of days! I think all providers are the same though.
