I'm wondering if anybody can help me, I have a total control remote control that I bought from argos. I no longer have the instructions and was wondering whether anyone knew how to do a quick search on it so I can reprogramme it to the tv

The brand of the TV is a Toshiba 2151TB
and the brand of the remote control is 'total control available from argos for �9.99 cat no 5351228
