mp3 player- songs won't play!

my daughter has a goodmans gmp32000s mp3 player, she has managed to download thesongs onto it, andeven though it shows the playlist, it wont actually play the songs.we can find her user manual thing so cannot find out what the steps areto rectify this, plus the goodmans 'help' website does not list this product.

please can someone help /?

log on to http://www.goodmans.co.uk/MP3_CDMP_PLLRadio/GM P32000.htm, Scroll to bottom of page - `user guides`, scroll down to GMP31000 and download. No guarantees, but as this is the 1gb version of the one you`ve got, troubleshooting is likely to be identical. Well worth a try!
