Outlook Express problem.

I can't use OE, as every time I try to open it I get the message 'MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.' I've tried to reinstall, with no success, and a PC technician was at a loss to trace the problem. Has anyone any ideas, please? I'm using another email program, but prefer OE. I have Windows XP.

Try searching in Google for MSOE.DLL. There are loads of possible explanations.

Thank you both for suggestions. I did try Google, but was overwhelmed by all the technical stuff. However, I'll try again, and follow your advice. I wish I could just reinstall, as I'm scared of really messing up my computer.
