It can't be set as a screensaver, but it could be set as desktop wallpaper. In the Display Properties in Control Panel, go to the Desktop tab and click the Customise Desktop at the bottom. On the Web tab of the box that appears, click New and paste in the "georgie" url. Click OK and work your way back to the Display Properties page. When you click OK, the page will appear on your desktop. You may have to resize it.
A warning though before you do this, it will use a sizable percentage of your processor power just to display it, 90-100%. Anything else you want to do will take ages as your PC is slowed to a crawl. Even if you just test this out, you'll need patience to change it back because it'll take a while for the display properties box to reappear because Georgie is sucking up all your processor power.
