Broadband connection

I have recently reinstalled Windows XP and now three of the four account users can't get a dial-up connection.
I can access it from Internet Explorer, but the other connections are not recognised.

Are the 3 that can't access it Administrator accounts? If not, try making them administrators. Go into the control panel and to the 'user accounts' icon.
