yes but could do with a bit more information--first u need to check what format of images ur dvd can handle (dvd manual)--for still images the most common is jpg--can ur dvd display these?--next what software do u have or generally use to burn images to ur dvd's?--i am assuming u have a dvd rw drive--often u can burn them as a slide show so u don't have to keep pressing buttons to get the next shot on-screen--also--what operating system do u have?
Provided you have a DVD player that supports DVD-R or RW, then it shouldn't be a problem ... Most burning packages wil burn a slideshow of pictures ... some will allow you to build menus too.

Yep I am using windows xp and have a dvd re writer. Will experiment tonight, many thanks - didnt want to waste my time messing about with it if it wasnt possible!!!!
Many thanks again
You can also use slideshow software like PicturesToExe and ProshowGold.

Also remember that you can create slideshows onto a standard writable CD-R or CD-RW (if your DVD player will accept them), and you won't really notice any difference in quality because TVs themselves aren't designed for still pictures.
Most DVDs these days should be able to display a CD full of jpeg images, let alone putting them on DVD.
Just burn them as a "data disc" rather than anything fancier on a CD and see if that works.
