I want to play mp4s on my phone, have tried to run mp4s on it but I need to alter frame rate or something as it doesnt run smoothly. What software can I use to make video files run smoothly and is there free software to convert rm files to mp4?

theres tones of converter freeware, but i found most of it crap. Have a play with the AVOne mp4 converter (at www.mpgdvd.com/index.htm) it's not bad. As far as phone software to play mp4's my mx220 plays the with no problem using Windows Media Player which comes with windows mobile

Thanks for all the responses. You won't believe it but that phone has been Stolen now! I now have the Sony Erricson K800i which seems to handle movies I put on better.
