hi everyone when i connect my ipod to my computer my computer doesnt reconize it so wen i start itunes i cant put any new songs on t anyone know wat cud be wrong

kazza: you seem to have some keys missing on your keyboard.

tucker: what operating system are you using? Windows XP? Also, are you connecting via USB or firewire? If USB, have you tried connecting into a proper USB port on the back of your computer, or are you connecting it into a USB hub?

i don't really have letters missing, but i wrote out my answer then removed most of the vowels. If tucker cant be bothered to write the question properly, i can't be bothered to answer properly! Anyway, i'm sure he/she can read my answer!

its on windows xp mate its not mine but my sisters it been ok before just not 2day it's plugged in to the usb ports on the front of the computer ill go n try n put it in the back of the comp thanx

ive just tried putting the usb cable in to he back of the computer but its still the same when i open i tunes it says update ipod but its greyed out. also will it work on windows vista as thats what im using
