When I run my virus protection update I am getting an error message that all the viruse updates have run except LU1875 which has failed because of text failing to load during the preprocessing phase. Have run ad aware spyware etc. Contacted customer support which is a arobot e mail I think sent them screen shots account numbers and version. They cone back that I have Norton antivirus and firewall 2003 and there is no support and yet I upgrade every year from them and my suscription is not due until 2007. I am baffled how come I have ended up with a 2003 version? Now I am stuck.

It sounds like you have installed Norton 2003 and then paid for a subscription update each year based on the 2003 version.

Symantec have stopped supporting this version.

But that don't fix your problem, but if you go here it will tell you a fix (be warned, you will need to be a techno geek!)

I had the same problem last week...go to this page on the Symantic site and use the Autofix Tool..........
