can anyone tell me if a UMD is available in DVD format for movie. like deleted scenes and games and interviews etc.

If I understand your question correctly the answer is no.
A UMDs capacity is quite a bit smaller than a DVD so they can only really fit a movie on.

That reason, the prices and the fact they can't be played on anything other than a PSP is why nobody is buying them.
