Transferring i'net faves to a new PC

I'm going to be changing my PC soon. How do I transfer/save all my current favourite internet sites so as I can transfer them?

Click my computer > local disk C > documents and settings > your user name/log in e.g "Mark" > there should be a favourites folder there which looks like a star.
Copy this folder paste into your memory stick/CD-RW, and transfer it to your new pc.
Or use Winzip (find it on google) and host the file on www.putfile.com or other sites which allow you to host .zip files, then download the file on your new pc.
